Hey there! I’m Michelle Gilhousen, the Food Freedom Coach.

I went through my own battles with food for over 10 years

  • Binge eating and emotional eating

  • Hoping from one diet to the next

  • Tracking every macro or calorie entering my mouth

  • Trying the no sugar diet, no carb diet, no fats diet

… I’ve pretty much tried them all, so I understand what you’re going through. 

I just wanted to be happy with the way I looked, and have struggled with my own weight and confidence issues most of my adult life. 

I immersed myself into the world of fitness becoming a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach after college so that I could start losing weight, and become stronger and more confident in my body. 

When we’re not constantly dieting and obsessing over food or our weight, we start investing all that energy into other aspects of our life that bring us so much more balance and opportunities. I can’t wait to start creating that life with you and building the body of your dreams.
